documentation, test scripts, user guides, and websites. Additionally, I can
perform software testing, usability design, quality assurance, and training.
Assignments can be short term or long term. Small or large projects are equally
considered.
I can work onsite, remotely, or telecommute. To provide quality service, my
home office consists of an advanced notebook computer with the most common
authoring tools, such as Word and FrameMaker.
I can publish your documentation using many of the popular authoring software
tools, including Acrobat, Captivate, CorelDraw, Dreamweaver,
Excel, FrameMaker, FrameMaker+SGML, FrontPage, FullShot, HTML, HyperSnap,

standards: Cobit, Information Mapping, ISO 9002, ISO 17799, Object Modeling
