Additionally, I use two internet service providers: one for a high speed fiber optic connection and another for a backup dialup connection.

I have over 15 years experience creating software documentation, writing business communications, and designing technical illustrations. 

I have written communications for a variety of industries, including air transportation, electric utilities, financial services, food and beverage, food and produce distribution, health imaging, natural gas utilities, oil and gas, pharmaceutical benefits, semiconductor manufacturing, software publishing, and telecommunications.

My formal education includes an MBA in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas and a BSc in Information Processing from Oklahoma State University. Additionally, I have completed a Certificate of Training and Development and have taken more than 500 hours of professional development and information technology training.
